It is official. Microsoft announced the Xbox 720 will be the name of the upcoming continuation of the 360. The Xbox 720 is said to be released Christmas of 2013. Many are against it because now for all games in order to play online you must type in a code to verify your game to Xbox Live. This means only in new games for the Xbox will you be able to play online, Unless your willing to pay 800 Microsoft points for the online pass.
I cant wait to hear more about the Xbox 720. I hope their technology murders Playstation. Im thinking of switching to being an XBOX owner due to the fact that i got the YLOD on my ps3 not so long ago. Although i don't own an XBOX I would love to have the opportunity of doing so.
